Terms of conditions
When you book via the internet, a booking confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address specified at the time of booking. It is your responsibility as a guest to check that the booking information is correct and to contact Trolmens Bed & Breakfast for correction as soon as possible if there are any inaccuracies. Booking confirmation must be presented upon request upon check-in.
Cancellation / change requests / payment
All requests regarding changes or cancellations of existing bookings must be made via e-mail to Trolmens Bed & Breakfast. The room can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before 3pm on the day of arrival. If cancellation is made later, the full amount will be charged.
Conditions for check-in and check-out
Check-in takes place between 15-19. Please contact us if you expect to arrive outside of these times. Check-out takes place no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please let us know if you have any comments or remarks on the rooms as soon as possible after check-in.
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at Trolmens Bed & Breakfast.
Damage
The guest or the person responsible for paying for the room is responsible for any damage to Trolmens Bed & Breakfast’s rooms, equipment or premises due to irresponsible behaviour. All rooms are non-smoking. If the guest smokes in the rooms or on our premises, SEK 2100 will be charged for cleaning costs.
Liability for property
Trolmens Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for property stored in our rooms or premises
Right to refuse accommodation
For the safety of staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation. Behaviour, physical and mental condition or not being able to make full payment for booking can be reasons for our decision to refuse accommodation.
Force majeure
In cases where the booking cannot be completed due to an obstacle beyond the control of the guest or Trolmens Bed & Breakfast which Trolmens Bed & Breakfast could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated when the agreement was executed and whose consequences it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, Trolmens Bed & Breakfast free from liability for damages or other penalties.
Miscellaneous
We have a high ambition to keep the information on our website correct and up-to-date. However, Trolmens Bed & Breafast cannot assume any responsibility for any losses that have directly or indirectly arisen as a result of the use of this information.
